Terms of Use

1. The service

Lala Chrome is an AI design workspace: you place product materials, references, and instructions on a canvas, and the service generates images and related visual assets. The service is in invitation beta; features may change between releases.

2. Accounts

• Register with a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not resell, lend, or transfer your account.
• During the beta, registration may be restricted to an invitation or allowlist.

3. Your content and generated output

• “User content” means everything you upload, input, or direct the service to generate — text, images, attachments, and generated assets.
• You represent that you own or have sufficient rights to the materials you upload, and that they do not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, likeness, or privacy rights.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing or using it. You retain responsibility for how you use it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• generate or distribute illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or sexually exploitative content — including any sexual content involving minors, which results in immediate termination and reports to authorities where required;
• create disinformation, impersonation, or fraudulent material;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
• probe, scan, or abuse the service or its infrastructure, including attempting to evade rate limits or Coins metering;
• resell or white-label the service without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and remove content that violates it.

5. Coins and payment

• During the invitation beta the service is free; Coins may be granted for evaluation and hold no monetary value.
• When paid features launch, pricing, taxes, and refund terms will be presented at purchase and processed by our payment processor. Coins are not redeemable for cash.
• Coins, orders, and refunds are authoritative in the Global service’s own ledger and are not transferable to or from the China service.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” during the beta. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that generated output will be fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or zero during the free beta).

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
